Progressive Growth Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers

Progressive Growth partners with the following shipping carriers:

  • Purolator

  • Canpar

  • DHL

  • Canada Post

Carrier selection is based on destination, service level, and order requirements unless a specific option is selected at checkout.


Shipping Schedule

  • Orders typically ship Tuesdays to Fridays

  • Orders received after 12:00 PM (PT) on Friday ship the following Tuesday

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

Alternative Shipping Requests

  • Requests for alternative shipping methods must be made in advance

  • Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability


In-Store Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available for local customers

  • Please select this option only if you are able to pick up the order

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of pickup notification

  • Valid identification matching the order details is required

  • If sending a pickup agent, prior arrangement is required


Shipment & Delivery Terms

  • Orders ship once payment is confirmed and items are in stock

  • Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment is handed over

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier


Import Duties, Taxes & Carrier Fees

  • Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges are set by customs authorities and shipping carriers

  • These fees are not controlled or refunded by Progressive Growth

  • Import duties, taxes, or carrier fees may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

  • Refused or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for free reshipment

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping and carrier fees may be deducted from any refund

  • If return costs exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued
