Shipping policy

  • Progressive Growth is partnered with international shipping carriers UPS, Purolator, Fedx and Canada Post.
  • We typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Order's received after on or a Friday will ship the following Tuesday.
  • Alternative shipping method requests must be made out in advance. Please using the “CONTACT US” button, or by calling us at +1(250) 334-8425
  • Progressive Growth offers free in-store pick-up for local residents. Please only select this if you are capable of picking the order up.
  • Our eCommerce is limited to Canada, the United States of America. If you are outside of the listed countries please contact us using the “CONTACT US” button below, or by calling us at +1(250) 334-8425
  • To initiate a return process please login or register for an account, and then create a ticket. Please ensure you provide all the necessary information so we can help you out as best as possible. Examples of necessary information include: your name, address, your contact information such as a phone or an email, your order number, your invoice number, your tracking number, your part number, etc.

Shipment and Delivery

  • Unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering or by subsequent notification from us, shipments will be made via a carrier that we select, or if we give you a choice of shipping method, the carrier that you select from the choices we offer. If you choose an expedited delivery service, an additional charge may be imposed at the time of your Order. If your Order is accepted and the items selected are in-stock, your Order will normally ship within the time indicated on our Online Store. All ship and delivery dates specified on our Online Store (if any) are estimates only and are subject to change. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays by the carrier. Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Where local pickup is selected as the shipment method, pickup of the Order is your responsibility. Progressive Growth will only guarantee availability of the Goods for 30 days after you receive notification that your Order is ready for pickup. You are required to provide identification at the time of pickup that is consistent with your Order details. If you wish to send an agent for pickup, you are required to make an arrangement with Progressive Growth prior to pickup.
